This was by far the worst resort we have ever visited. The Pacifica Resort is run down and could use an major update including the pool areas (i.e chairs). We changed our plans to fly out after 4 days of a 7 day all inclusive. The resort could use more staff members who are bilingual especially if they want Americans to visit and spend money (i.e. like Cabo, Cancun, etc). Napoleon, the concierge was outstanding and always willing to help!! I truly think he was hired to make sure the resort receives good reviews for a sub par place. Couples alert... The Pacifica Resort is a family facility.
