We came as a group and occupied units in Pacifica in Xtapa and Pacifica Grand in Zhuatanejo. Both properties are great. Pacifica is a large full service hotel on the ocean with many restaurants and activities, and Grand is much smaller, quieter and intimate. We would recommend both highly!

Lovely location, environment and service. Staff are superb. Room with shared pool very nice. Room and pool mostly private with lots of birds. Transport and helpers were superb great including the gondola. A great vacation with a twist, that is plenty of stairs to walk.

Excellent resort, great food and service, good location. We really enjoyed our stay. One caution is that the resort is built on the side of a hill, and even with the transport and the gondola, there is a lot of stairs.

We stayed in the room we have the last three times staying here. We love view! The room was clean but the whole resort, specifically, Pacific Sands section, needs updating.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, room service and restaurant service is great. Views from our room were amazing. Rooms are slightly dated and could use an upgrade but very spacious and clean

No introduction to amenities at checkin, no instructions to access restaurants or activities in the room. Very poor service at the beach. No English speakers. Hard to get around property with gondola out of service, poor food choices

I have stayed at Pueblo Bonita twice for aprox. 10 days each time. Clean well maintained resort - granted it is a bit older but very well kept up. Staff is awesome - friendly and accommodating. Best pool side games - so much fun!!! Wish I had another trip planned to look forward to- I love this resort.
