Upon arriving to Mayan Palace front desk, we were kindly welcomed and they upgraded us to the Grand Mayan. Our stay was very pleasant; we received excellent service in the rooms, restaurants and bars. Everyting was very clean, an de staff was exceptionally corteous. The only issue we found was during the check-out, as the Grand Mayan reception has not been able to send us the invoice corresponding to the charges incurred during our stay at the hotel. They have not responded to our request either by phone or e mail. Thanks and Best Regards.

Great place to spend vacation. One things that is missing in the room is a refrigerator! This should be a "must in every room"
The people working at the hotel are awesome. They were always helpful. We had a great time.

Had a mistake in that the reservation was Acapulco and I flew to Nueve Vallarte on Labor Day Holiday. 24 hour emergency service went above and beyond to change my reservation to Nueve Vallarte. KUDOS!!! My vacation delayed by my fault but SFX came through to support me.
