Love the location of Polo Towers - easy to walk to lots of places to eat, drink, shop, and see entertainment. Staff texted daily to see if any supplies were needed. Others have commented about construction in the area - we heard very little noise!

Our stay at Polo Towers was wonderful. The 1-bedroom suite was vey clean, spacious and equipped with everything you’d need to make a quick meal or reheat leftovers if you so desired. While daily housekeeping is no longer a “given” it was something you could choose to pay additional to have. We opted not to and had no problem keeping our towels and coffee replenished. Someone from either the front desk or housekeeping texted twice a day to see if anything was needed. The items would then be delivered either to your door or inside your room - your choice. We decided we liked this better than the previous daily service - no need to work around housekeeping schedule 😊
Polo Towers is in a great location - east walking distance to many of the casinos/hotels and eats. This was not our first stay there and definitely won’t be our last!

We loved the size and layout of the 2 Bed/2 Bath Unit. Loved the housekeeping services. Loved how quiet the property was as well s the location.

My check in was exceptional. Lisa McCurdy went above and beyond with my extra questions on the area. She researched my questions at her home and brought in her findings to me at the resort the next day. Wow! Awesome service!

The resort was smaller than the other hotel but made it more intimate and quieter. Loved the front desk people and the great jobs that they do along with always having a beautiful smiles on there faces
