Bathtub drain lever did not work, had to manually lift tub drain plug up with fingers. Sofa sleeper-uncomfortable, too lumpy, felt springs underneath. Given board to place under mattress,which helped and used several layers of blankets to smooth out. Night light not working on hair dryer in the bathroom."

"The housekeeper that we had the first few days was great! She apparently took pride in her work. When she was done everything was in its place and all amenities were replaced regularly (which was not the case the last two days when she was off work). She even asked us what kind of coffee (decaf or regular) we preferred and doubled our preference rather than providing us one of each type. We wanted to leave her a tip but were unable to get her name from the desk."
