The resort is nice with a pool, and pool restaurant, and bar. The staff was very accommodating! The rental unit we had was spacious with two bedrooms a full kitchen, living area, two bathrooms, and patio. The rental is quite dated! we were startled out of bed at 3AM with a fire alarm going off. (Low Battery) and we had a cockroach in the kitchen that the resort staff sent exterminators to spray the area.

Very good stay. The two bed room very big, confortable bed, very clean. Very friendly reception. Near to the golf course and to the beach. Loved the sunset there and the shops near the resort.

Good Value. Not beachfront (few places are on the big island) but a clean and well run complex on a bluff overlooking a golf course. It was out of Kona so quiet. Most rooms do not have a view. Bar-restaurant is good but understaffed. Pools were full.
Surprised they added an arbitrary $11/night timeshare tax to our bill that was prepaid through SFX.

prompt hospitality calls for bathroom supplies; conscierge was very helpful; paina party and outdoor shops very nice; kona shopping center across the street really helped for dining and groceries.

Loved the room accommodations and the quiet pool. We really enjoyed walking around the grounds. Liked being able to use the grill for cooking and the convenience of having a grocery store so close by.

Grounds are lovely and location of the resort is good. Nice views of golf course and ocean. Size of unit is excellent. Spacious, good accommodations. Kitchen was well stocked. AC fee is high but the AC's work well. Wi-fi access was very good and I very much appreciated having this access for free plus no access code, etc. The lanai was wonderfully equipped. Garage access was nice as well.

We enjoyed the Resort and it's location . It was easy to get to everything we wanted to do. The staff was great and we did get a water view condo.
The condo was well stocked with kitchen equipment and loved having the washer and dryer. The activity people were very helpful and helped us plan wonderful activities.

The Villa that we stayed in was amazing. Loved the layout and the whole feel of it. The grounds were very lush and tropical, just what we were looking for in Hawaii.
