Wonderful location, but our room was very hot and noisy. There are 3 building, A B and C. C has no A/C. If you can, get the top levels. They are quieter and have better air flow. I don't enjoy not being able to sleep or begging for a better room.

Staff at the Lawai Beach was terrific! Very pleased every time we needed someone. The units living area was great (Kitchen and Living Room).

Did not have to attend a time share presentation like most other exchanges have required so that was a great stress reliever.
Resort is very laid back and family friendly, not for those who are movers and shakers. It was great for us, we were able to relax and enjoy the ocean.

The accommodations were outstanding. We could see both the sunrise and sunset from our rooms and an absolute not-to-be-beat location looking out at the ocean. We are accustomed to Marriott at Palm Desert offering lots of tours with pickup at the timeshare and a concierge at the Donatello helping in so many ways.

I liked the free DVD rentals, the warm pool and the spa. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the entire Lawai Beach Resort. We enjoyed the local restaurants, too - especially the Tortilla Republic in the nearby shopping center in Koloa.
