Good spot. Great view of the golf course. Little construction but tolerable. Amenities are pretty expensive but worth it. Very clean and well kept. House keeper was terrific

Had a great time at Kings Land Hilton Waikaloa Beach. Beautifully located just north of the airport and close to the best beaches on the island. The rooms were clean and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Whenever we stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Kingsland, it’s a highlight of the year. Great programs and classes at the resort, access to the grounds at the Hilton Wiakola and perfect weather. Plus the staff is amazing.

The resort is beautiful and our room was up-to-date and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Being able to use the main Hilton resort and all of its amenities was also a nice touch.
We rented a car in Kona and then were able to do a slew of local activities: submarine, snorkelling, groceries at Walmart / Target, etc. Keep in mind you're 35-40 minutes each way in to Kona and back.

The staff was very helpful. They had a text message thread that I could send at any time and the entire staff read it; someone always responded promptly. The room had a lovely view of the golf course and was clean and well appointed. The pools were extraordinary and we two 70-something’s used waterslides with glee.

Excellent week. Beautiful view on the golf course, enjoyed my coffee in the morning on the terrace while watching the golfers, very cosy one bedroom, beautiful bathroom, very confortable bed, very clean everywhere, very friendly staff, esp. reception. Loved the golf courses and the shuttle to the shops. I'd love to come back.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. From the begin to the end the staff were friendly, helpful and wonderful people. The room was beautiful and the king bed was perfect. However, it is time to change the mattress as it was lumpy and uncomfortable.
The amenities of 5 pools, snack place and various singers and dancers were incredible! We even drive over to the other resort and saw the dolphins, turtles and some fish!
Our family would definitely return to the resort as well as recommend it! Thankyou for making our vacation so lovely! With gratitude

Beautiful Resort, friendly employees, nice bartenders, great property. Got an excellent discount to golf as well! Not as close to the ocean as I wanted but everything you need is close. The 1 Bedroom unit was large and spacious. We would definitely recommend.

The resort was great. The resort was clean and nest well planned. The personal were kind, friendly and helpfull.The only problem was the other "guests". Loud, crude and very sellfish. After visiting Waikoloa dozen of times this was by far the most unenjoyable trip only becouse of the other "guests".

Wonderful large pool area. Plenty of gas grills and a siiting area just outside the living room that had living room- like furnature, The area was also covered.Sliding doos had screens.
