This is a beautiful luxury resort on the warm Mayan Riviera coast of Mexico. The rooms are new and fabulous. Our room had a personal pool on the porch, a jetted spa tub in each room and plenty of space for everyone. The property is very nice with many pools and activities. The restaurants are very good and the views are amazing. We came with the family and all loved it here!

I put this in here twice because I want to make sure that Liza gets the credit she deserves.
Liza Torrez is my Travel Advisor and she always does a phenomenal job. She got us a fabulous room at the KBC (Ka'anapali Beach Club) in Maui to celebrate our 39th Wedding Anniversary. Our room had a straight away ocean view.
I have used Liza Torrez for years and she is always very conscientious, and she provides great Customer Service and I could not be more pleased with her.
She is definitely a credit to your organization.
I am in sales and recognize quality service when I receive it . . . and Liza always delivers. She goes above and beyond to make her clients, in this case me, happy with the travel results she produces for us.
Liza is the reason we bank our KBC weeks with SFX and not RCI or another company.

Excellent breakfast brunch. Fresh food and great omlet chef. The chief was seen several times checking on the food and service. Please send him to the grill and get in the grill of the cooks and wait staff.

I liked the fact that I got an upgraded room (it was my request). I had asked the hotel for one and they were able to provide it. It made a huge difference 'cause the rooms that weren't remodeled are pretty old.

Drove up to the volcano and walked down into the crater. Like being on Mars, fabulous vistas, but over the two-hour hike down and up I felt the lack of oxygen (10,000 feet).
Took the Atlantis submarine down to 127 feet, saw a shipwreck, wonderful experience especially so my wife (who doesn't dive) could see why I like diving.
A couple of great sunsets from restaurants on the water in Lahaina. Wonderful street scene, if a bit swamped with tourists (of which we were one).

the Quicksilver Boat snorkle experience was excellant. One of the best things we have ever done. We reserved a beach front cabana at this resort for a reasonable fee and really enjoyed our day at the beach.

We visited the welcome center and were given a lei of fresh flowers, bead necklaces, a reduced rate for sunset dinner cruise and 4 day Carnival cruise. WOW! What more could we ask for.
The accommodations were perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool.

The front desk agent told us about a location for breakfast that was within walking distance of the resort. Said it ws mostly locals. "Soup to Nuts" served the best breakfast of our stay for $4.95 per person.
