Terms and Conditions

Qualified reservations are for 5-night stays or longer at any Vida Vacations resort hotel at Nuevo Vallarta or Riviera Maya; Sea Garden resort hotel reservations do not qualify.

General:
  • The 25% off at the spa for 2 people is unlimited. The two people can use the 25% off everyday if they want and for multiple services.
  • These benefits are available for 5, 6, or 7-night stays only. They are not applicable to 3 or 4-night stays.
  • Transportation to the resort must be arranged in advance by contacting Vidanta. The return trip to the airport can only be booked once on-site with the concierge. Transportation is valid for up to the maximum occupancy of the room booked.
Riviera Maya Specific:
  • Salum is a plaza featuring restaurants, live music shows, and performances.
Nuevo Vallarta Specific:
  • ParTee Zone is a virtual golf course located across the river. You cross the Vidanta bridge to get there. The benefit is valid for up to 6 people for 2 hours.
  • The Mexican Party is for 2 people. Once per week, Vidanta hosts a party on the beach. If it rains, it is in the convention center. The Mexican themed event features music, dancing, and a buffet style food offering. It only happens once per week. Right now it is on Thursday's. But it is subject to change.
